S&A Search Associates & Consultants have been recognized as a leader in executive, technical, administrative and pharmaceutical staffing. Ms. Starks has received numerous awards including her appointment as a founding member to President Clinton's Youth Opportunity Program as well as one of the Inland Empire's Most Distinguished Woman 2000, one of the L.A. Times Most Influential People. In June the Inland Empire Magazine recognized her as one of the area's "Women Who Make a Difference" and in July's issue "Who's Who" in the Inland Empire. The California Black Chamber of Commerce named her company "Small Business of the Year" 2001. In 2002 Ms. Starks earned the title of C.A.C. (California Accredited Consultant)
